Based in Rabat, in the heart of the Hassan district, we are the trusted partner of construction-sector stakeholders for the digital transition of their projects.
Our multidisciplinary team of around twenty professionals brings together engineers, architects, modellers and project managers with full command of BIM tools. Our structured methodology optimises coordination, clash management and delivery of complex projects, from buildings to rail infrastructure.
CLAM BIM is also actively involved in BIM training initiatives across Morocco, alongside academic and professional players in the sector.

BIM framing and steering of your projects: drafting of BIM execution plans and modelling charters (CDE), definition of use cases, roles and responsibilities, set-up of collaborative workflows and validation of deliverables at every phase (design, execution, as-built, maintenance).
Full BIM / CIM Modelling
Detailed digital models for every project phase, from design to handover (tender, execution, as-built), with deliverables optimised for smooth, long-term operation (BIM FM). Photo-realistic renderings and 3D animations to showcase your projects.
BIM Coordination
Overlay and verification of models to prevent conflicts between trades: clash detection and management, coordination meetings, compliance with BIM requirements and production of detailed reports.
Scan to BIM
Multi-scale surveys using static and dynamic 3D scanning: millions of points forming a dense cloud, converted into detailed digital models ready for Revit, ArchiCAD or Tekla. Discrepancies between theoretical models and field reality are identified and corrected.
2D/3D Libraries & families
Creation of custom parametric content for every discipline: furniture and joinery for architecture, structural elements, HVAC and plumbing equipment, electrical fixtures and fittings. Ready-to-use families that save time and make your models more reliable.
Digital twin · BMS / CMMS
Leveraging model data beyond handover: structuring information for facility management, operation and maintenance (BIM FM), connected to your BMS and CMMS tools.
BIM Training & support
